Ron Brashear

H. Ron Brashear is a die-hard boxing fan who has covered the sport of boxing, as a writer/columnist, and has built a strong network within the boxing community. Moreover, Ron is the CEO of RockBrash Promotions & Business Manager/Advisor of Rahaman Ali, the brother of the Greatest - Muhammad Ali.

Ron co-authored the autobiography of Rahaman Ali in the book titled, That's Muhammad Ali's Brother - My Life On The Undercard'.

Ron is also a fellow Kentuckian, orginally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This is where his hometown hero, Muhammad Ali, from Louisville, became Ron's idol and source of inspiration.

H. Ron Brashear also founded Youth of Honor Foundation in 2006 and coined the phrase GET YOH JUMP ON LIFE. He is actively involved with redirecting youth through his Personal U-TURN training program at youth detention centers around the country. A motivational speaker, a philanthropist, and author, Ron is passionate about seeing at-risk youth turn toward the path of a new perspective and new opportunities in life.

Ron received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from National Louis University and is the author of BOUNCING BACK Living life the right way. This book chronicles Ron's life and how he was able to rise above the impact of the negative influences to become a successful IT Program Management Director.

Ron is also the nephew of Carl Brashear, the 1st African-American Navy Master Diver whose life was depicted in the 20th Century Fox Motion Picture, Men of Honor, starring Cuba Gooding Jr. and Robert Deniro.
